Our Neapolitan pizza is prepared by leaving the dough to mature for at least 48 hours, which guarantees a unique taste and excellent digestibility. We offer a choice of over 20 different pizza flavours to enjoy at any time. They also arrive at your door thanks to Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
Our pastas are carefully selected by our chef and combined with different sauces to create a tasty eating experience in the Italian tradition. They are also drawn with a bronze matrix, which gives a rough texture that better retains all kinds of sauces.
Our main cheeses are mozzarella di bufala, burratina, scamorza affumicata which arrive directly from southern Italy every week. They are all D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) products. The D.O.P. is a strict labelling of food in Italy to preserve and protect the food produced in the region from lower quality versions.
Our wines have been selected to match all the dishes on our menu in order to offer you a complete eating experience. We offer a wide selection of red, rosé and white wines from various Italian regions. In addition, we have a house wine that can change according to the season and is consumed "à la ficelle" (pay what you consume).
